From May 1 - 4, 2014, the entire TOC Philippines attended the 12th TOC Provincial Convention at the Claret Retreat House, Cenacle Drive, Sanville Subdivision, Quezon City. A total of 98 TOC attended the convention with 80 official delegates who can vote the new National Council.
One of the highlights of the convention is the amendment of the local statutes to effect the necessary changes since the Order of Carmel in the Philippines was raised to a Province.
The new council to serve the TOC in this triennium are:

Canonical Foundation: St. Teresa Margaret Redi TOC Community, National Shrine of the Sacred Heart, Makati
On January 25, 2013, the Lay Carmelite Community of St. Teresa Margaret Redi was canonically established at the National Shrine of the Sacred Heart, San Antonio Village, Makati City. The Rite of Canonical Establishment was presided by Rev. Fr. Toto Jaranilla, OCarm. , former TOC National Spiritual Director, and together with the Rev. Fr. Victor Apacible, present rector of the shrine, and Msgr. Clem Ignacio, TOC, former shrine rector and parish priest of Quiapo Church.
Rites of Temporary and Final Profession was also celebrated on the said date. The celebration was attended by the communities of Sta. Ana, Tondo, and Makati which comprises the Province of St. Mary Magdalene de Pazzi.
